DASVI is the story of an illiterate prime minister. Ganga Ram Chaudhary (Abhishek and Bachchan) is Prime Minister Harit Pradesh. He was sent to prison for passing on a teacher fraud. Ganga Ram immediately tells his obedient wife Bimle (Nimrat Kaur) to become prime minister without him. He is relieved at first, but when Jyoti Deswal (Yami Gautam Dhar) becomes a prison warden, things change for him. An angry Ganga Ram orders Bimle to immediately pass the orders to transfer Jyoti. However, after gaining power, Bimla tasted the blood and convinced the Ganges otherwise. One day, Ganga Ram found out that some of the prisoners were students and were already preparing for the upcoming exams. He was also told that the students were unemployed. This and his young desire to win the title led Ganga Rama to announce that he would sit in the Class 10 exams. What is the rest of the film?
